Chain smoking chimp

I read this story on Yahoo news and just had to share. There is a chimpanzee that has been smoking for years, smoking up to 20 cigs a day, donated by visitors who just had to see it for themselves. The Chinese zoo decided it had to cut back, so visitors are no longer allowed to donate smokes. Xiku the chimp has cut back to 4 smokes a day, but has turned to drinking to get him through the hard times. I wonder if visitors are allowed to donate brew? So anyway, Xiku the chain smoking chimp, is now Xiku, the angry drunken chimp. Thank you China for amusing me.
