Doctors allowed to be racist and rude

A court ruled that a doctor was in the right to tell a patient that she was so fat that she could only be attractive to black men. He then went on to perscribe that a brain surgery patient should shoot herself in the head to help dull the pain. I would not believe me either, so here is the article
