Recent time
The lack of updates in the recent weeks has been due to a lack of interesting news. I suppose I will give an update on what I have been spending time on. Krystal insisted that we replace our carpet on the main level before we had a kid. Well, most of my readers will know that there is a boy on the way, so my time is short. We ordered a little over 700 square feet of laminate, and about 40 square feet of slate. We just recently finished with the slate, which is in the entry way. It is such a small space that I thought I would fly through it, but there was a lot of cutting, and since we used 4" and 6" tiles, actually quite a few tiles too. This week I started laying laminate in the living room. It looks really good. We went with 4" planks of Mohawk red oak, I think it is from the executive line. I am excited to be done.
I have recently become obsessed with wet shaving. I won't go in to it too much, but spending over $3 on a razor cartridge that lasts a week was getting old. I am now using a Gillette double edge razor from 1959, and using home made shave soap and a badger hair brush instead of canned goo. I now spend about 10 cents a week, and get a more enjoyable shave. I will spare you further details.
Other than that, not too much new.

The ultrasound pictures on the sidebar sort of give away the fact that you are having a baby.
